who would be a great Employee follow these easy steps
and be rewarded for your efforts.

Review the Opportunities links for the East and West on the left side of this page. 

  The position must be identified as eligible for the referral incentive program to qualify.  If it is a qualifying position, the posting will indicate either a $ or $$ next to the job (see the key below for details).  

• Next, Inform the candidate of the open positions within the Sales Center. The candidate must submit an application to the hiring location’s office.
 
• The candidate must list you as a referral on the completed application (located on the top portion of the application titled “Name of Source”) at the time it is first submitted.

• If your referral is invited and completes an interview for an open posted position identified as eligible for the “$25/$250”referral incentive program, then you will receive $25.00.

• If your referral is hired for a position posted as eligible for either the “$25/$250” or the “$250” referral incentive program and remains employed with the company for six months after the candidate’s original hire date and you are also still actively employed at that date, you may earn up to $250.
