ADMIRAL BEVERAGE and FREMONT BEVERAGE
PRODUCTION

Admiral Beverage Corporation operates two production facilities. One in Worland, Wyoming and a sister plant in Pleasantview, Utah. Fremont Beverages Inc. produces Carbonated Soft Drinks and Bottled Water in Worland, Wyoming. There are 120 full time employees in the two plants with another 20 to 30 part-time employees added for seasonal production.

The production process for bottling and canning soft drinks is a very complex and closely monitored operation. Admiral Beverage and Fremont Beverages incorporate warehouse, batching, quality control and filling standards that meet or exceed industry standards.

Syrup is batched using concentrate from our Parent Companies, sweeteners from other suppliers and water supplied by our operation. Syrup is then blended with water to make soft drinks. This product is then cooled and carbonated to be filled. Filling occurs on high speed equipment with cans filled at up to 1200 cans per minute and bottles at speeds up to 500 bottles per minute. Product is then packaged and stored in our warehouses until it is loaded of transports to one of the 30 Sales Centers that we operate.

Production of bottled water was upgraded in 2004 with the installation of new filling equipment. Water can be bottled at speeds up to 450 bottles per minute. Pure artesian water is filtered through 1.0 micron and .45 micron filters and then ozonated for purity.

Quality is always top of mind before, during and after the production of all of our products. Both Admiral Beverage plants won the prestigious President’s Award and Fremont Beverages won the Gold Award from the Pepsi-Cola Company in 2003.
